To order an item you can use the order form or send an email message to contact@vintageardrobe.ro with  the link of the desired product, the name and address, telephone number.
For shipment details, see chapter  International.
When an item is required by the customer, will be displayed on the site as "reserved".

Varia

All items are cleaned in a professional manner, except for certain  fur and leather items. Some items can be repaired first, in which case this aspect will be previously communicated  to the customer. If the item has a minor flaw, this will be indicated in the "condition"  for each item.
If the customer is unsatisfied with his or her purchase, we can accept the return under certain conditions.
(A) If you have received items that do not match the description on the website, you'll be refunded the full amount, including shipping costs. This must be real and demonstrable - cheating attempt means just adding your name to the blacklist. For each item there are detailed photos and laundry receipts. We won't accept returns for accessories, jewelry and items that were purchased without taking into account the measures presented on the site. Each item is measured in detail, please take this into consideration when ordering. For these items there is a possibility of return if we have established other rules than those on the site prior to your order, by mutual agreement. 

B) depending on the case, the items can be changed with other articles on the site (as long as the items have not been worn before being sent back). There is a possibility to change the items immediately or  in "store credit" system  for a period of one month after sending the parcel . Please keep in mind that almost all items are vintage or retro, so they are minimum of 20 years old. Ignoring this aspect is not a reason for the return postage. We do not send items for being tried on or tfor being worn once and sent back .No returns for sale items or for items that have been reserved for more than two weeks.
Send an e-mail to contact@vintagewardrobe.ro or yourvintagewardrobe@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of the pack, including the name and address, specifying that you want to return the product and the reason of return. The package must be returned within 5 working days after confirmation of the e-mail of return, except in cases of major force. 

After sending the parcel, please send me a confirmation email so Ican get the pack in time.

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of the package during transportation.

Once the pack aririves, the content will be  will be examined : obvious signs of wear and tear, damage caused to the item, removal of  any labels. If the purchased item has been returned with original features, the customer will be refunded the full amount paid for the product, via Paypal.

The payment is made in advance via Paypal. Please, before you pay, wait for my confirmation that the item is available and for my payment request  containing the correct shipping fees.
